Family owned and operated since 1988, Woodfield is known for its late-model equipment loaded with driver amenities. We pride ourselves on knowing our drivers by name, with nearly 30% of the team having been part of the family for more than five years. Our mission is simple: make our home your home.
As a Company Driver on our Over-The-Road (OTR) Dry Van team, you will operate solo on routes averaging 2,800 to 3,200 miles per week. This position is designed for drivers who value independence and consistency, offering a total weekly average pay between $1,300 and $1,700. A key benefit of this role is the absence of driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus entirely on the road.
We understand the balance between the road and home life. While you can expect to be out for 12 days at a time, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. Our accrual system rewards your time on the road by granting you 2 days of home time for every 12 days worked. Please note that weekends at home are not guaranteed.
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure you are set up for success. This process can be performed partly or fully online and includes coverage for travel expenses, accommodation, and lunch. During orientation, drivers are provided with their own room to ensure a comfortable start.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
