About the Role
As a Company Driver on our Dry Van OTR team, you will operate line haul routes with no driver load or unload responsibilities. This role is designed for solo drivers seeking a family-oriented environment where you can build a career with a company that values its people. Our starting wages recently increased for the second time in 2021, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation.
Home Time & Schedule
We offer a schedule that prioritizes home time. Drivers can expect to be out for 5 to 10 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. Our policy ensures you earn two days of home time for every five days worked, guaranteeing you are home every weekend.
Orientation & Onboarding
We make the transition to our team seamless with a fully paid orientation program. During this period, we cover accommodation with drivers receiving their own room, provide lunch and breakfast, and cover some or all travel expenses to get you on the road.
