About the Role
As a Company Driver (W2, Team), you will operate Dry Van and Flatbed trailers on regional Line Haul and LTL routes. This role is designed for teams who want to be part of a family-oriented culture that values practical experience. You will be responsible for managing the entire journey of your shipment, ensuring it arrives safely and on schedule. The position involves significant hands-on work, including 34% driver load/unload duties and 75% tarping responsibilities. Expect to average 4,000 to 6,000 miles per week as a team.
Home Time
We prioritize work-life balance with a schedule that keeps you connected to home. You can expect to be out for 5 days at a time, earning 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked. This structure ensures you are home every weekend.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, you must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions (no L, Z, G, O, or K endorsements). Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
