About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to operate our fleet of 2023 or newer Dry Van trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This is a solo, W-2 position designed for drivers who value modern equipment and consistent home time. You will be responsible for transporting freight across the country, averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, with a schedule that includes 21 days out followed by 4 days of home time. A key benefit of this role is that no driver load or unload is required, allowing you to focus on safe and efficient driving.
Requirements & Support
A valid Class A license is required, free of restrictions such as Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only. Drivers must have at least 12 months of OTR experience. While a Tanker/Hazmat endorsement is required for this position, we support your growth by providing reimbursement and materials to obtain this endorsement within 90 days of hiring.
Benefits & Compensation
Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay between $1,600 and $1,900, with monthly bonuses available. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance, as well as a 401K with a company match and paid holidays.
Orientation & Onboarding
We believe in setting our drivers up for success from day one. Our orientation program is fully paid and includes covered accommodation where drivers receive their own room. Additionally, breakfast and lunch are provided during orientation, and we cover some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting location.
