We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to operate our Dry Van fleet on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This is a solo position designed for drivers who value consistent home time and modern equipment. All trucks in our fleet are 2023 or newer, ensuring a comfortable and reliable driving experience.
While a Tanker/Hazmat endorsement is required, we support your growth by reimbursing costs and providing necessary materials if you obtain this within 90 days of joining. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with no load or unload duties, allowing you to focus entirely on the road.
Our schedule is built around work-life balance. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 28 days, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. We offer a generous home time policy: for every 14 days worked, you earn 2 days of home time, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.
Compensation includes a total weekly average pay of $1,600 to $1,900, driven by a CPM rate of $0.62. Additional monthly bonuses are available to top performers. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and a 401K with company match, along with paid holidays.
We make the transition easy with a fully paid orientation program. This includes covered accommodation in your own room, meals (breakfast and lunch), and assistance with travel expenses. To apply, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions (specifically no L, Z, G, O, or K restrictions) and possess at least 2 years of OTR experience.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
