About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to operate our Dry Van fleet on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. As a solo W2 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, maintaining a consistent schedule of 2,500 to 3,000 average miles per week. A key aspect of this position is the convenience of no driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus entirely on safe and efficient driving.
Our fleet consists exclusively of 2023 or newer trucks, ensuring you operate modern, reliable equipment. We offer competitive compensation with a total weekly average pay ranging from $1,600 to $1,900, driven by a CPM rate of $0.62. Additionally, monthly bonuses are available to reward performance.
Home Time & Schedule
We understand the importance of work-life balance. Our home time policy allows you to stay out for 14 to 28 days, with the flexibility to extend your time on the road if you choose. Drivers earn two days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring & Orientation
To join our team, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Candidates are required to have at least 2 years of OTR experience. A Tanker/Hazmat endorsement is required; however, if you do not currently possess one, we will help you obtain it within 90 days, providing full reimbursement and all necessary materials.
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation program to get you started. During this period, we cover accommodation with drivers receiving their own room, provide lunch and breakfast, and cover some or all travel expenses.
