About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to operate our Dry Van fleet on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. As a solo W2 driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight across long distances, averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Our fleet consists entirely of 2023 or newer trucks, ensuring you drive in modern, reliable equipment. A key feature of this position is that no driver load or unload is required, allowing you to focus on the road.
While a Tanker or Hazmat endorsement is required, we support your growth by reimbursing costs and providing necessary materials if you obtain this within 90 days of hiring. Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay between $1,600 and $1,900, with monthly bonuses available based on performance.
Home Time & Schedule
We understand the balance between the road and home life. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 28 days at a time, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. Our schedule is designed to ensure you return home at least one weekend per month, with a policy granting two days of home time for every 14 days worked.

Hiring Process & Orientation
We make the transition to our team as smooth as possible with a fully paid orientation program. During this time, we cover accommodation, ensuring every driver gets their own room. Meals, including breakfast and lunch, are provided, and we cover some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting location.
To apply, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). We also require at least two years of OTR experience.
