As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating business through proposals and contracts to close deals. You will creatively design menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience. A key part of your mission is maintaining existing relationships with corporate and social accounts while ensuring a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales.
You will recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. This role requires you to organize, plan, and prioritize duties while communicating effectively with internal and external clients. You will be expected to resolve conflicts, negotiate disputes, and provide direction and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
