About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead a unique dual-property opportunity within the IHG Hotels family. This role is dedicated to driving topline revenue growth and market penetration for two distinct assets: the EVEN Hotel Portland and the Staybridge Suites Hillsboro - Orenco Station.
As the leader of this dual-property team, you will be the strategic architect behind our sales and marketing efforts. Your mission is to maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR while fostering a culture of accountability and results-driven performance. You will balance the unique business needs of two different hotel brands, ensuring alignment with IHG brand standards and overarching company objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage all sales activities, from corporate and group business to extended stay and catering. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to analyze market trends and competitive positioning, ensuring our strategies are data-driven and effective. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to business development, strong analytical decision-making, and the ability to mentor a high-performing sales team across both locations.
