Sales Consultant

About the Role

Warner Pacific is seeking a Sales Consultant to support our operations in Northwest Iowa and South Dakota. This role is designed to build foundational relationships with brokers, creating sales opportunities while achieving specific sales goals. Working under close supervision, you will act as a bridge between our carrier partners and the local insurance market, ensuring brokers have the product knowledge and technology training needed to succeed.

In this position, you will cultivate current broker relationships and identify strategies to expand opportunities. Your day-to-day involves leading brokers through the entire sales cycle, from quote to implementation, and engaging them early in the renewal process to assess client needs. You will also contribute to strategic development by assisting in the refinement of strategies to meet annual sales targets, utilizing sales status reports to monitor activity and follow-ups.

Location and Travel

This role requires residence in the Sioux Falls, SD area or Northwest Iowa. The position involves travel of 15-35% to attend industry events, conferences, and meet with brokers and carrier partners to generate new agency leads and develop business opportunities.
