As a Sales Manager, you will serve as the bridge between Concord Hospitality and its internal partners and external clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at every touchpoint. Your role is to foster a unified, collaborative environment that embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, enabling you to make the best possible decisions for the hotel and achieve the team's overall goals.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of group events, from pre-event planning to post-event analysis. You will be responsible for monitoring and communicating all details of assigned events and groups, including room blocks, meeting space, special concessions, contract clauses, and billing details. Success in this role requires a keen focus on detail and the ability to work diligently to maintain existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues, utilizing strategies to maximize released space and impact hotel revenues. This involves gaining deep knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, function space, and audio-visual capabilities. You will be expected to attend customer functions as needed and consistently attain sales activity and revenue goals through proactive calls, tours, and appointments.
