As a Sales Manager, you will serve as the bridge between Concord Hospitality and its internal partners and external clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer service. Your role is defined by a proactive approach to time management and organizational savvy, with a keen focus on detail.
You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts while diligently developing new business for the hotel. This involves managing all aspects of the pre-event, event, and post-event lifecycle, including tracking room blocks, meeting space, special concessions, contract clauses, and billing details. You will collaborate with partners to accurately forecast group rooms and F&B revenues, utilizing your knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage products, function space, and audio-visual capabilities to maximize released space and drive revenue.
Success in this role requires a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork. You will be expected to attend customer functions as needed, participate in internal meetings and training, and utilize digital sales systems to accomplish individual and team goals. You will also own your career development, advocating for opportunities that allow you to hone your talents and grow professionally while embodying the collaborative spirit of the team.
