MV Transportation is seeking a Call Center Trainer to work closely with the Call Center Manager. In this position, you will assist in the oversight of Call Center Operations, ensuring contract compliance regarding customer service standards through the effective use of team resources and staff motivation. You will supervise staff, set a positive example through consistent support and leadership, and assist with customer complaints or inquiries from clients and senior management. Your role involves identifying training needs, monitoring random calls to improve quality, and minimizing errors while tracking performance.
