The Home Therapy Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of assigned home dialysis modality programs. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role serves as a critical bridge between clinical care and operational efficiency. The position is designed for individuals who can drive program growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient health and continuity of care.
In this role, you will oversee equipment management, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and lead quality improvement initiatives. You will also manage staffing, maintain collaborative relationships with Medical Directors, and ensure patients have access to nursing support at all times. This position may involve assuming Home Therapy Nurse responsibilities as needed, requiring a high degree of adaptability and sound judgment in emergent situations.
We are actively training In-Center Dialysis Facility Administrators (who must be Registered Nurses) and Clinical Coordinators. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to function effectively in a leadership position. Proficiency in USRC clinical applications is required within 90 days of hire.
