Are you ready to set the standard for premium apparel? This Buyer role is designed for those who are knowledgeable in women's footwear brands and current trends. You will be responsible for assortment selection, planning, and merchandising with minimal supervision, ensuring top priority trends and elements are optimally represented in the overall site assortment. Your day will involve studying sales history and inventory levels to evaluate product needs, overseeing re-cuts, re-orders, and re-colors, and managing brand budgets and categories.
You will also train, manage, and support your Buying Assistant, balancing multiple brands while thinking strategically with strong attention to detail. Reviews of sales results will inform timely mark-downs and slow seller strategies, while you collaborate with upper management and analysts to manage buys, POs, and order approvals.
Some of the sweetest perks we offer aren't in a typical benefit package. Enjoy hefty discounts on items we carry (50% or more off retail prices), free weekly lunches, and pretty rad company parties.
