About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager - Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the orderly operation and safety of all store areas while ensuring operational policies are executed effectively. You will manage critical aspects of the business, including inventory control, freight flow, merchandise processing, and visual merchandising standards.
As a leader, you will serve as the manager-in-charge during the absence of the General Manager, oversee open and close procedures, and drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues in alignment with company policy. A significant portion of your day will involve managing staffing, conducting orientation and training, and coaching supervisors and associates to ensure they possess the product knowledge and solution-selling skills necessary to serve our customers. You will partner with HR to handle human resource issues and analyze competition to execute corporate initiatives.
