About the Role
We are growing and seeking talented individuals to join our team in two locations: the Denver, Colorado area and the Santa Ana, California area. As a Business Development Specialist, you will build, organize, and execute structured account plans to strengthen relationships, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales growth. This role is pivotal in facilitating a customer-first solution that spans sales, service, manufacturing, and supply chain coordination through to final delivery.
You will serve as the vital liaison between customers, internal departments, and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of orders and projects. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to communication, project management, and process optimization, working closely with Key Account Managers to present proposals and business plans to potential clients.
