The Business Advisor (Korean Speaker) serves as a vital bridge between Renaissance and the small business community in Flushing (NYC), Long Island, and Westchester County. This role exists to build strong, lasting relationships with entrepreneurs, generating a robust pipeline of loan applicants while providing the personalized coaching necessary for their success.
In this position, you will go beyond simple processing; you will act as a trusted advisor. Your day will involve conducting outreach to build partnerships with local business associations, providing one-on-one financial counseling on cash flow and tax reports, and guiding clients through the loan application process. You will also monitor loan performance post-closing and conduct site visits to understand client operations deeply. This is a hybrid role requiring an initial three months of onsite training, followed by flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a strong presence in the target communities.
