Finance Assistant Manager / Manager (Bilingual in Korean)

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this position serves as a pivotal link in managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting function. The role is designed to ensure the integrity of general accounting, P&L, and balance sheet activities while fostering strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of financial reporting, including the preparation of statements compliant with US GAAP and IFRS. A significant portion of the role involves navigating the complexities of Gross-to-Net deductions, such as chargebacks, admin fees, and rebates, alongside managing accounts payable and receivable. The position requires a diligent approach to period-end closing, handling journal entries for inventory and lease accounting, and preparing detailed sales reports for external submission.

Beyond transactional accuracy, this role is a driver of operational excellence. You will actively identify opportunities for process improvements, lead improvement projects, and support internal control programs and external audits. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Sales team to analyze accounts and assist in system changes, ensuring the finance function remains agile and compliant.
