We are seeking a talented individual with a strong work ethic to join our APAC Finance team as an Accounts Payable Associate on a 2-year fixed-term contract. Based in Jurong East, Singapore, this role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is integral to performing multiple financial activities within our accounting functions.
This position supports the Accounts Payable function by managing the end-to-end payment lifecycle, from receiving and verifying invoices to reconciling expenses and ensuring timely vendor payments. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity by keeping accurate records of expenditures, purchase orders, and statements, while generating critical monthly reports on aging payables, cash flow, and payment status.
The role involves a dynamic mix of data entry, analysis, and compliance. You will ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations, including withholding tax filings. Additionally, you will assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, manage charge codes, and serve as a primary point of contact for vendor enquiries regarding finance.

Working knowledge of accounts payable policies and procedures and statutes pertaining to various international locations. Prior financial service center or equivalent business functional experience and payroll vendor management. Knowledge or working knowledge of various accounting systems (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc). Additional language skills (i.e. Arabic, Hebrew, French, German, Italian, Korean or Spanish).
Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Sap, Peoplesoft, English, Arabic, Hebrew, French, German, Italian.
Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience.
