About the Role
This position serves as a critical link between commercial operations and financial execution within the US drilling and service business. The role exists to ensure the timely and accurate submission of all invoices into third-party proprietary electronic invoicing systems, adhering strictly to Nabors' or the customers' specific requirements and contract language.
In this role, you will navigate complex commercial contract languages and customer price books to support billing and invoice submittals. Your day-to-day involves managing the full lifecycle of e-invoicing, from initial input into portals (manual or EDI) to monitoring the approval process and resolving exceptions. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and customer Category & Procurement buyers to address issues related to Purchase Orders (PO), Authorizations for Expenditure (AFE), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and price book discrepancies. Additionally, you will manage disputes within the HighRadius Dispute Module, participate in system testing for process improvements, and assist in training new staff.
