About the Role

This position serves as a critical link in our US drilling and service business operations, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of all invoices into third-party proprietary electronic invoicing systems. You will navigate complex commercial contract language and customer-specific requirements to manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle. Your work directly supports the Accounts Receivable and Collections teams by ensuring submission dates are documented for accurate net due calculations.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving invoice exceptions and disputes. You will monitor the approval process, communicate exceptions to the Credit & Collections team, and manage disputed transactions within the HighRadius Dispute Module. Additionally, you will collaborate with customer Category & Procurement/Supply Chain buyers to resolve issues related to Purchase Orders (PO), Authorizations for Expenditure (AFE), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and price books that impact invoice submission. Success in this role requires a self-starter who can work with moderate supervision to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
