About the Role
This position serves as a critical link between Nabors' commercial operations and its financial collection cycle. The primary mission is to ensure the timely and accurate submission of all US drilling and service business invoices into third-party proprietary electronic invoicing systems. Success in this role requires navigating complex customer requirements and contract language to maintain seamless revenue flow.
You will act as the first line of defense in the billing lifecycle, managing the end-to-end submission process across various eInvoicing portals, manual entry, and EDI channels. The role demands a proactive approach to resolving pricing discrepancies, managing disputes within the HighRadius Dispute Module, and coordinating with Category Managers and Procurement teams to clear blockers before they impact cash flow.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a dynamic mix of technical system management and cross-functional collaboration. You will regularly monitor invoice submissions through approval workflows, identifying and communicating exceptions to the Credit & Collections team. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to troubleshooting pricing book issues, contacting customer buyers regarding PO or AFE discrepancies, and processing disputed transactions to ensure timely resolution.
Beyond daily operations, you will participate in system testing and implementation projects to drive process improvements. You may also assist in training new eInvoicing staff and support special projects assigned by the Sr. eInvoicing Analyst or Billing Supervisor. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of organization to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verified3+ years of billing experience using Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
- verified3+ years of experience in third party eInvoicing systems (Enverus, Ariba, Cortex, Actian, GEP)
- verifiedIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word and Excel)
- verifiedUnderstanding of legal contract terms and contract rate billing conversion
Nice to Have
ERP AR/Billing experience with Oracle 12i. Experience with B2B document exchange software solutions. Working experience in the land, offshore, and drilling services industry.
