As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants, ensuring they meet GPS Hospitality's rigorous standards. This role is not a solitary endeavor; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, balancing operational excellence with financial goals through a strong, performance-based bonus program.
In this position, you will serve as the face of the restaurant, developing and improving public relations through frequent contact with the community, local businesses, and the public. You will foster a culture of service obsession by hiring, training, and coaching crew members and shift leaders. Your day will involve working all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends—to ensure consistent execution of our values, traits, and behaviors.
