As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants, working alongside a dedicated team of managers to ensure we meet GPS Hospitality's high standards. This role is not about working in isolation; it is about empowering your crew to provide outstanding service and satisfied guests.
You will be the face of the restaurant, frequently interacting with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to build strong public relations. Your day will involve executing accurate projections and schedules, managing cash and inventory controls, and ensuring a safe, clean working environment. You will work all shifts, including weekends, to stay connected with the pulse of the operation. Beyond daily operations, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing Service Obsessed Crew, Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Manager Trainees, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
