As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is not a solitary endeavor; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while upholding the GPS Hospitality brand promise.
In this position, you will be deeply involved in the daily rhythm of the restaurant. You will work all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends—to stay connected with the team and the flow of operations. Your day will involve coaching service-obsessed crew members, managing accurate projections and schedules, and maintaining rigorous safety and cleanliness protocols. You will also serve as a community ambassador, building relationships with the public and local organizations to enhance the restaurant's public relations.
