GPS Hospitality is built on a foundation of amazing people. We are a passionate, fun, and positive organization dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our teams and guests. Our mission is to deliver high-quality experiences through exceptional service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants, serving as the primary steward for our GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role is not a solitary endeavor; you will drive success by collaborating with a dedicated team of managers and crew members.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, balancing operational precision with financial growth. Your day will involve working all shifts—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends—to ensure consistent execution. You will serve as the face of the restaurant, frequently engaging with the public, local businesses, and community organizations to build strong public relations and foster a positive community presence.
Beyond daily operations, you will focus on developing the next generation of leaders by training Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees in both management skills and technical knowledge. Your leadership will be guided by GPS values, traits, and behaviors, ensuring a culture of service obsession and critical thinking.
We are looking for individuals who can thrive under pressure in a high-volume setting. If you are ready to join a team that values growth and performance, we invite you to apply. Please note that a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this position.
