About the Role

As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will lead the operation of our restaurants with the ultimate responsibility for meeting our GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role is not a solitary one; you will work closely with a dedicated team of managers to drive success.

You will be the face of the restaurant, managing daily operations across all shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends. Your day will involve executing accurate projections and schedules, maintaining strict safety and cleanliness protocols, and ensuring our crew provides outstanding service to satisfied guests. Beyond the daily grind, you will serve as a key liaison with the public, business partners, and community organizations to enhance the restaurant's public relations and successfully implement marketing promotions.
