The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) is a vital partner to the Restaurant General Manager, working together to develop a team of dedicated people while driving top-line sales. This role exists to ensure that every shift runs smoothly by learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively. You will set an example by maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations, coaching your team to provide outstanding service, and solving problems in real-time. The RAM is responsible for meeting operational standards, including speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness, while managing cash and inventory controls to achieve financial goals. This is a dynamic position where you will work all shifts as required, performing under pressure in a high-volume environment to create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
