As a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM), you will partner closely with the Restaurant General Manager to develop a team of dedicated people. You will learn, manage, and teach restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop talent, and provide excellent service. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-volume setting and is eager to set an example by maintaining a high level of proficiency in restaurant operations. You will be responsible for running a great restaurant every shift, every day, while implementing controls for cash and inventory to ensure positive food and labor variances.
