Valley Medical Group is a physician-led, professionally managed practice dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the community. The Valley Breast Center, directed by a Board Certified, fellowship-trained breast surgeon, offers advanced imaging, oncoplastic breast surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, breast-focused medical oncology, radiation oncology, clinical genetics, a high-risk program, and survivorship services. The center is part of the Valley–Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care partnership, a collaborative effort between the Valley Health System and the Mount Sinai Health System offering unique opportunities in clinical care, research, and education. The cancer center is located in the Luckow Pavilion, home to Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, and Radiation Oncology.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained breast surgeon to join our NAPBC-accredited Breast Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide consultation and surgical care for patients with suspected or proven disease of the breast. You will participate in our weekly multidisciplinary case conference and take part in all breast cancer program initiatives.
This position includes serving as a faculty member in Valley's General Surgery Residency Program, offering robust opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and academic engagement. An academic appointment to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is available for appropriate candidates. You will join a practice that includes a nurse navigator and a team of physician assistants, working alongside experts in a collaborative environment.
Location and Community
The Valley Hospital is situated in Paramus, NJ, less than 15 miles from Manhattan. Paramus is in the heart of Bergen County, one of the most desirable counties in the United States, known for excellent schools and numerous recreational and cultural activities. Its proximity to New York City allows for easy access to the city's offerings, or the option to live in New York City and enjoy a simple reverse commute.
