About the Opportunity
True Larue Logistics LLC is seeking independent contractors to operate 24' or 26' box trucks for consistent Over-The-Road (OTR) deliveries across all 48 states. This role offers a flexible partnership model with no forced dispatch, allowing drivers to maintain control over their schedules while accessing a steady stream of freight.
The Role
As an independent contractor, you will operate your own equipment to complete safe and efficient deliveries throughout the continental U.S. The position is designed for drivers who value autonomy and consistency. You will be responsible for securing and managing freight, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Strong communication with dispatch is essential to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Compliance
To participate, drivers must own a 2018 or newer box truck equipped with a lift gate, pallet jack, and straps. Candidates must have at least three months of verifiable OTR experience and be familiar with ELD systems. All operations must strictly comply with DOT regulations.
