About the Role

The Lead Support Driver serves as a critical safety net for our collection operations, ensuring continuity of service across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville regions. You will be expected to travel to various locations to cover for regular route collection drivers during vacation, sick leave, or other business needs. While the company strives to keep Lead Support drivers within their own region, you may occasionally travel outside the region to fill open routes, which could require staying out for extended periods of up to two weeks.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a clear mind and diligence. You are responsible for your own safety as well as the safety of others, operating in varying weather conditions and environments ranging from industrial equipment and loading sites to landfills and processing facilities. Upon approval from management, all company-related travel expenses, including rental vehicles, airfare, hotel, and meals, will be covered.
