About the Role

The Lead Support Driver serves as a critical safety net for our operations, expected to travel to various locations to cover for regular route collection drivers during vacation, sick leave, or other business needs. While the company strives to keep Lead Support drivers within their own region, occasional travel outside the region may be required to fill open routes, which can involve extended stays of up to two weeks. This position is a safety-sensitive role that requires a clear mind, diligence, and a strong commitment to the safety of oneself, coworkers, customers, and the public. As a Lead Support Driver, you will be the backbone of our success, ensuring continuity of service while upholding our core values of safety, flexibility, and community.
