About the Role

The Lead Support Driver serves as a critical safety net for our collection operations, ensuring continuity of service when regular route drivers are unavailable due to vacation, sick leave, or other business needs. This role requires flexibility, as you will travel to various locations to cover routes, occasionally venturing outside your home region for extended periods of up to two weeks. When travel is required, the company covers all related expenses, including rental vehicles, airfare, hotels, and meals.

As a safety-sensitive position, you are responsible for your own safety as well as the safety of others. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that waste collection and material transport continue seamlessly across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville.
