About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams serve as the vital link between our brand and both wholesale and retail customers. In this role, you will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our extensive product lines, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction. The position involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm where you will build productive, trust-based relationships with customers. You will assist clients both in person and over the phone, process transactions accurately, and ensure the store meets its sales goals. The role also requires hands-on engagement with the product, including tinting and mixing items to customer specifications, stocking shelves, and maintaining a presentable sales floor. As a key representative of the company, you will help protect the business's reputation by ensuring safety and security in all interactions, including those with minors and access to cash or sensitive information.
