About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams serve as the vital link between our wholesale and retail customers and our extensive product line. In this role, you will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Beyond sales, you will be responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining high visual standards of the store, and staying up-to-date with the latest product features.

You will build productive, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring the store remains organized, stocked, and presentable.
Location and Safety
This position is based at Store #2285, located at 515 Bald Eagle Dr., Marco Island, FL 34145. The role involves direct contact with customers, which may include minors, as well as access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of these responsibilities, a review of criminal history is required to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Requirements
