Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are expected to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This is a part-time position requiring bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. Selected candidates will be expected to work at multiple locations within a 20-mile radius of Store #708605 (1401 N. State Street, Bellingham, WA 98225). The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised.
