About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our paints, coatings, and innovative solutions, and recommend the right products. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This is a part-time position requiring bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. Selected candidates will be expected to work at multiple locations within a 20-mile radius of Store #708605 in Bellingham, WA. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise, necessitating a review of criminal history to protect the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process
