About the Role
Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams serve as the vital link between our wholesale and retail customers and our extensive product portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our paints and coatings, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Beyond sales, you will be responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store, and staying up-to-date with the latest product features.
The position is based at Store #3333 in Alexandria, VA (7644 Richmond Hwy). The role involves a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will interact with customers, process transactions, and manage inventory. You will be expected to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. The position requires handling sensitive access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised.

Requirements
