About the Role

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. Additionally, you will maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, ensuring excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The selected individual will work at Store #705448, located at 60 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11249. This role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. To protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public, a review of criminal history is necessary for this position.

Hiring Process
