As a Bell Services Cast Member, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay.

About the Role

In this position, you will assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of guest property. You will also support arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including shuttles, buses, and other transportation. During the third shift, you may be required to perform functions for both Bell and Valet roles, driving various types of guest vehicles and managing parking logistics.

Your day will involve greeting guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude. You will proactively address guest needs by answering questions, providing directions, and sharing information about the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas. Whether delivering newspapers, packages, or flowers to guest rooms, or managing express check-outs, your excellent communication skills and high service expectations will be vital to our mission.

Schedule and Availability

This is a full-time role requiring full availability seven days a week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Cast members may be required to work graveyard shifts if needed.
