About the Role

In this role, you will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including shuttles, buses, and private transportation. You will be responsible for parking and driving vehicles, managing parking areas by directing traffic and utilizing barricades, and transporting guests to various locations within the resort. Your day-to-day duties also include transporting guest luggage to rooms, vehicles, or storage, and caring for guest property. Additionally, you will deliver items to guest rooms, such as newspapers, express check-out documents, flowers, and packages.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to high guest service expectations. You will greet guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, proactively addressing their needs by answering questions and providing directions regarding the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas. During the third shift, Cast Members may be required to perform job functions for both Bell and Valet roles.

Schedule and Availability

This is a full-time position requiring full availability seven days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Cast Members must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, including extreme temperatures and high humidity.
