Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa! As a Bell and Valet Cast Member, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable. You will assist guests with their vehicles, including shuttles, buses, and private cars, while managing the flow of traffic and parking areas. This role is vital to setting the tone for a guest's stay, requiring a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude as you greet visitors and proactively address their needs.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of indoor and outdoor activities in all kinds of weather, from extreme temperatures to high humidity. You will park and drive vehicles, transport guests to various locations, and handle guest luggage, including items destined for rooms, vehicles, or storage. Additionally, you may be responsible for delivering items to guest rooms, such as newspapers, express check-out documents, flowers, and packages. During the third shift, you may be required to perform functions for both Bell and Valet roles, ensuring continuous support for our resort operations.

Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment. Previous experience working in a parking facility with type service (airports, business office building, private parking structures). Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language.
