As a Bell and Valet Cast Member, you are the first and last impression of our resort, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and welcoming. You will play a vital role in our team by assisting guests with their vehicles, managing parking areas, and transporting guests and their luggage to various locations throughout the property.

The Role

In this position, you will greet guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, proactively addressing their needs by answering questions and providing directions about the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas. Your day-to-day involves parking and driving vehicles, managing traffic flow with barricades, and caring for guest property. You may also be required to deliver items to guest rooms, such as newspapers, packages, or flowers, and assist with express check-outs. During the third shift, you may perform functions for both Bell and Valet roles to ensure continuous support for our guests.
