About the Team
Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. As a Bell and Valet Cast Member, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service in a tropical paradise, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable.
About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including shuttles, buses, and private cars. Your day will involve parking and driving vehicles, managing parking areas by directing traffic and setting up barricades, and transporting guests to various locations within the resort. You will also handle guest luggage, moving items between rooms, vehicles, and storage, as well as delivering items directly to guest rooms, such as newspapers, packages, and flowers.
Beyond logistics, you will be a vital resource for our guests. You are expected to greet everyone with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, proactively addressing needs by answering questions and providing directions regarding the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas. During the third shift, you may be required to perform functions for both Bell and Valet roles to ensure continuous support.

Schedule & Culture
This is a full-time role requiring full availability seven days a week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Cast Members work both indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, including extreme temperatures and high humidity, embodying the resilience and spirit of the Disney team.

Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license and clean driving record (no tickets/accidents/moving violations in past 12 months)

Nice to Have
Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment. Previous experience working in a parking facility with type service (airports, business office building, private parking structures). Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language.
