About the Role
The Bell Services Cast Member is the first and last face our guests see, serving as a vital link in their resort journey. You will assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms and care for guest property with the utmost attention. During your shift, you may be required to perform functions for both Bell and Valet roles, assisting arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, shuttles, buses, and other transportation.
Your day involves greeting guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, while proactively addressing their needs by answering questions and providing directions regarding the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, including extreme temperatures and high humidity, ensuring that every guest interaction remains magical regardless of the conditions.

Nice to Have
Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment. Previous experience working in a parking service type facility (i.e. airports, business office building, private parking structures). Bilingual knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language. Previous computer and/or cash handling experience.
