About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will join a team dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of children. This role is about discovering your own "wow" while helping clients do the same. You will teach kids through play, following treatment plans specific to each child's needs. Your day will involve observing, playing, and collecting data to write progress notes, helping children learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional abilities. You will work directly on goals that shape challenging behaviors into communication skills, providing high-quality care in an evidence-based environment.
