As an Associate Clinical Director, you will oversee staff and clients within a geographically defined area, acting as a bridge between clinical excellence and operational success. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a supportive environment and is passionate about fostering professional growth. You will contribute clinical knowledge and team leadership to ensure the success of our organization, funding sources, assigned staff, and clients.
Your day will involve a blend of direct clinical work and strategic management. You will render billable hours while directly managing a team of Clinical Supervisors and Program Managers. A significant portion of your time will be spent in the field, driving to various sites to conduct quality control, provide supervision, and offer consultation. You will also represent Intercare at industry conferences and new market developments. The role requires a flexible schedule with a focus on work/life balance, supported by a management team that cares about your future and happiness.
