Join us as a Behavior Technician and discover the "wow" for yourself in your career path. Immediate positions are available to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
In this role, you will make a difference in the life of a child by implementing individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance. You will provide one-on-one support, collect and record data on client behavior and progress, and help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills.
This is a dynamic position requiring you to get up and down off the floor often and move quickly. You will work independently to provide the best quality care, learning new things every day while utilizing evidence-based methods based in science.
To apply, please ensure you have at least 6+ months of documented experience working with kids or adults with special needs. Candidates with this experience may be eligible for a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, playful, creative, and tech-savvy, with reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
